OC Beach Vacay Policies

Booking direct allows a 14 day cancellation policy. 

• 1/3 deposit down due at booking and is refundable only up to 15 days prior to reservation. After that, deposit is non-refundable.
• No show or cancellations within the 14 day cancellation policy are not refundable. 
• Full payment is due 72 hours prior to arrival and is non-refundable once charged.
• A $200 security deposit is charged 48 hours prior to arrival and is returned 72 hours after check out as long as there are no damages and all house rules were followed including no smoking, taking trash to dumpster and loading the dishwasher.
• We take no responsibility for items that are lost or left behind.
• Parking pass is to be displayed on vehicle and vehicle is to be in spot number 60 in Decatur House parking between Baltimore Avenue and WashingtonLane, (not directly behind the building but across the street). We take no responsibility if for any reason  your vehicle is towed.
